Subject : Notification of establishment of a new subsidiary

To : President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand

Vichitbhan Palmoil Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand of the resolution of the Meeting of Board of Directors No.11/2022 which held on Tuesday, 25 March 2022. The meeting has approved for the establishment of a new subsidiary in which the Company holds 70% and 30% of the third party without controlling and does not a related person. Details of which are as follows.

Name of the Company	:	Ragtai Center Company Limited
Objective	:	To operate a hospital business and treat the patient.
Registered Capital	:	Bath 10,000,000 (Ten Million Baht), consists of 2,000,000 ordinary
		shares with a per value of Baht 5 per share

As at July 18, 2022, 25% of the shares have been paid up for the total amount of 2,500,000 baht, which is 70% of the company's portion of 1,750,000 baht and the third party 30% of the amount 625,000 baht.
