Viafin Service Oyj (HLSE:VIAFIN) commences share repurchases on June 9, 2023, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on April 25, 2023. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 360,000 shares, representing 9.92% of its issued share capital, such that the own shares held or pledged by the company and its subsidiaries is not more than 10% of its company's shares. Shared will be repurchased to develop the company's capital structure, to be transferred in connection with possible acquisitions, to be used in the company's incentive systems, as required by the commitment of the company's key personnel, to pay possible share bonuses for board members, to be canceled or for other purposes. The authorization is valid until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, however no later than April 30, 2024.
