On October 9, 2019, the Board of Directors of United Financial Bancorp, Inc. declared cash dividend of $0.12 per share to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 21, 2019, payable on October 23, 2019.
United Financial Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company.
