UNITED CAPITAL PLC - NOTICE OF RESCHEDULING OF BOARD MEETING
This is to advise that further to our notice dated February 28, 2024 on the postponement of the Board Meeting of United Capital Plc (the "Company"), the Board Meeting will now hold on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, to consider, among other things, the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2023 (the "AFS").
The closed period for trading the securities of the Company by insiders, which commenced on January 1, 2024, will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after filing of the AFS.
