Uniper announced that two new board members is officially due to take up their duties on March 1, 2023. Jutta Dönges, the former managing director of Germany's Federal Finance Agency, is to be responsible for finance. Business operations are to be led by Holger Kreetz, who was previously responsible for Uniper's power generation plants.
Dönges and Kreetz are expected to share the chief executive's duties until a new one is appointed.
