UK Mortgages Ltd Intends to Declare Interim Dividend in Respect of the Company’S Year Ended 30 June 2020 and Four Quarterly Dividend for the Financial Year to 30 June 2021

The Board of UK Mortgages Ltd. therefore currently intends to declare: an additional interim dividend in respect of the Company’s year ended 30 June 2020 of 1.5 pence per share; and four quarterly dividends of 1.125 pence per share in respect of the Company’s current financial year to 30 June 2021.
