UIL Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was KRW 2,468.39 million compared to KRW 851.05 million a year ago. Net income was KRW 3,145.77 million compared to net loss of KRW 12,224.73 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 160 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of KRW 571 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was KRW 150 compared to basic loss per share of KRW 583 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was KRW 150 compared to diluted loss per share of KRW 583 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was KRW 5,126.56 million compared to KRW 2,116.19 million a year ago. Net income was KRW 5,583.83 million compared to net loss of KRW 12,599.47 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 291 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of KRW 577 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was KRW 266 compared to basic loss per share of KRW 600 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was KRW 266 compared to diluted loss per share of KRW 600 a year ago.
