161/2023. of the Budapest Stock Exchange Ltd.

The Budapest Stock Exchange Ltd. declares that the Reference Price of the ordinary shares, ISIN HU0000207543, of the issuer UBM Holding Plc. (registered seat: 2085 Pilisvörösvár, Kisvasút utca 1., hereinafter: Issuer) for the Exchange Day of June 7, 2023 shall be determined based on the value of the Closing Price of June 6, 2023 Exchange Day of the ordinary shares, ISIN HU0000145990, divided by twenty according to the rules of the tick size regime and the algebratic rounding. The value of the Reference Price shall be published at the end of June 6, 2023 Exchange Day.

According to Book Five - Regulations on Trading of The General Terms of Service of the Budapest Stock Exchange, Section 14. k), orders in the Order Book of ordinary shares, ISIN HU0000145990, which are not expired or cancelled until the end of June 6, 2023 Exchange Day shall be withdrawn by the Exchange at the end of the respective Exchange Day (June 6, 2023). The last effective trading day of ordinary shares, ISIN HU0000145990, is June 6, 2023.
