Ube Industries and Mitsubishi Materials Announce Name and Representatives, etc. of the Successor Company After the Effective Date of Integration of Cement Businesses
On April 14, 2021, Ube Industries, Ltd. ("Ube Industries") and Mitsubishi Materials Corporation ("Mitsubishi Materials") announced the establishment of "C Integration Arrangement, Ltd." as a successor company (the "Successor Company") for the integration of the respective cement business and related businesses of Ube Industries and Mitsubishi Materials ("the Integration").
Today, the Successor Company has decided the company's name, headquarters location and representatives after the effective date of the Integration (scheduled for April 1, 2022) will be as follows.

In further evolving from the present joint venture of cement sales and logistics functions into the comprehensively integrated company of cement business and related businesses as a whole, the Successor Company puts, into the new company name, a wish to become an ever-evolving global company with the true fusion of the "UBE" brand and the "Mitsubishi" brand.
