In February 2023, U-Ming officially signed on to become a Supporter of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). The TCFD was established by the Financial Stability Board (FSB) to provide a TCFD framework, advocate for companies to make voluntary disclosures for stakeholder reference, and at the same time encourage companies to understand their own climate risks and conduct risk management.

In 2019, U-Ming began disclosing the Company's climate-related risks and opportunities in accordance with TCFD recommendations and implementation guidelines, and progressively improved the disclosure content each year. By now signing on as a TCFD Supporter, this symbolizes U-Ming's determination to slow down climate change. Going forward, U-Ming will continue to implement corporate social responsibility, strengthen climate-related governance, promote just transition, and strive to mitigate climate change while moving towards net zero.
