Credit Suisse Microfinance Fund Management Company, Tunisie Leasing SA, Amen Bank Société anonyme (BVMT:AB), PROPARCO SA and responsAbility SICAV Microfinance Leaders, managed by responsAbility Social Investment Services AG, agreed to acquire a stake in Alios Finance Group from Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden NV, AfricInvest Group, Finnfund, BOA Group S.A. and Gras Savoye S.A.

Credit Suisse Microfinance Fund Management Company, Tunisie Leasing SA (BVMT:TLS), Amen Bank Société anonyme (BVMT:AB), PROPARCO SA and responsAbility SICAV (Lux) Microfinance Leaders (FINESTI:027439667), managed by responsAbility Social Investment Services AG, agreed to acquire a stake in Alios Finance Group from Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden NV, AfricInvest Group, Finnfund, BOA Group S.A. and Gras Savoye S.A. on October 16, 2014. AfricInvest Group will sell its 59.34% stake in the transaction. The completion of the transaction is subject to approval of regulatory authorizations from central banks.
