Trifork A/S is a Denmark-based company active in the information technology (IT) sector. It is engaged in the development, sale and deployment of IT solutions for the financial and public sector in Denmark. Its operations are divided into three business areas: Mobile, Agile and Cloud. The Mobile business area focuses on the development of solutions for banks, mortgage associations and industrial enterprises. The Agile business area focuses on helping the customers with the application of the agile principles in connection with software development, and also covers education and conferences. The Cloud business area offers products and solutions to the public sector. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated nine subsidiaries based in Denmark, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. On January 8, 2014, 66.87% of the shares and votes in the Company, were injected into Trifork Holding AG.
