During the company?s fourth quarter fiscal year 2024 financial results, Lee Rudow, President and Chief Executive Officer said that ?On the acquisition front, we expect our robust and diverse acquisition pipeline to continue to be a key component of our go-forward growth strategy. We expect to continue to acquire and integrate strategic acquisitions that enhance the value we bring to our customers through expanded capabilities.
We expect acquisitions to be accretive and to effectively drive synergies. We expect to continue to expand our addressable markets in areas we believe are strategic and are a good fit for our core operating strengths. The recent acquisition of Becnel is a great example of that.
The acquisition further diversifies our portfolio of services within regulated spaces and increases Transcat's durability?.
Transcat, Inc. is a provider of accredited calibration, reliability, maintenance optimization, quality and compliance, validation, computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and pipette services.
