Jeng Shiang Precision Ind. Co., Ltd. (GTSM:3685) announced a private placement of 20,000,000 shares on March 6, 2014. The issue price shall be determined at a later date.
On September 5, 2014, the company announced that the shares will be issued at a price of TWD 13.39 per share to two investment companies for gross proceeds of TWD 267,800,000.
On January 16, 2015, the company announced that it has amended the terms of transaction. The company will now issue 19,591,152 shares.
Tradetool Auto Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacturing and trading of light guide plates and automotive stamping and welding parts, as well as the development and trading of related molds.
