As TPBI Public Company Limited ("the Company") has the opportunity for shareholders to verify the minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders since May 6 - May 31, 2022.

The Company would like to inform that time period is matured and there is no request to amend the minutes of the Meeting of shareholders. Therefore, the Company will not propose the agenda item of "To consider and certify the Minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders" in the next meeting of shareholders.
