FILING OF DOCUMENTATIONS RELATING TO THE

SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CALLED ON APRIL 29, 2024

Florence, March 20, 2024- With reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A., to be held on April 29, 2024 in a single call, the Company informs that the following documentation has been made available today on the company's website, www.toscana-aeroporti.com,(section "Investor Relations/ Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meetings"),at the registered office of the company and in the 1INFO authorised storage system (www.1info.it):

• the notice of call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A.;
• an extract of the aforementioned notice of call, published today in the daily newspaper "La Repubblica";
• explanatory report by the Directors on the second item on the agenda of the Shareholders' meeting: "appointment of the members of the Board of Directors and determination of the corresponding remuneration".

Toscana Aeroporti also announces that the following documents and information are available on the company website (www.toscana-aeroporti.com, section "Investor Relations/Corporate Governance / Shareholders' Meetings") and at the registered office of the company:

• information concerning the share capital;
• the proxy form and the voting instructions to the Appointed Representative.

The additional documentation relating to the ordinary shareholders' meeting will be made available to the public in accordance with the terms set by the Law and by regulations.

Attendance at the Shareholders' Meeting and the right to vote

Pursuant to the provisions foreseen by the applicable law, the Company has decided to provide that the Shareholders' attendance at the Shareholders' Meeting shall be made exclusively through the Appointed Representative pursuant to Article 135-undecies of Legislative Decree No. 58/98 ("Consolidated Law on Finance"), without physical participation of the shareholders.
