CHANGE TO 2024 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Florence, March 12, 2024 - Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A. announces that, as partial amendment to the 2024 Financial Calendar issued on January 19, 2024, the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called to approve the Financial Statements at December 31, 2023 will be held in single call on April 29, 2024, and not as previously scheduled on April 23, 2024 (first call) and, where needed, April 24, 2024 (second call).
