TKF Yasnaya Polyana OAO, formerly TFK Yasnaya Polyana OAO (Tul'skaya konditerskaya fabrika Yasnaya Polyana OAO) is a Russia-based company, which is primarily engaged in the manufacture of confectionery and bakery products. The Company is active domestically on the territory of the city of Moscow and the Moscow Region, Tula Region, Ryazan Region, as well as Leningard Region, Krasnodar Region and Amur Region, among others. Tul'skaya konditerskaya fabrika Yasnaya Polyana OAO operates through three divisions involved in the production of candies, marshmallow, fruit-jelly and floury items. As of May 16, 2011, the Company's major shareholders were: Obyedinennye konditery OAO, with a stake of 50.95%, PROD-INVEST OOO, with a stake of 25.82% and PROSPERITY RASSVET LIMITED, with a stake of 11.90%.
