Report content:

Management Board of TC Dębica S.A. ("the Company") - with reference to the current report RB 20/2020 of 25 August 2020, in connection with the appointment by the Annual General Meeting of members of the Supervisory Board for a new term of office commencing on 25 August 2020 - informs that on 2 September 2020, at its first meeting, the Company's Supervisory Board was constituted.

Pursuant to § 15 section 1 of the Company's Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board has elected from among its members:

Mr. Jacek Pryczek - as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Mr. François Colin de Verdière - as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mr. Łukasz Rędziniak - as the Secretary of the Supervisory Board

Moreover, at the meeting on 2 September 2020, the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed an Audit Committee in the following composition:

Mr. Andrzej Kowal - Member of the Audit Committee, Mr. Łukasz Rędziniak - Member of the Audit Committee, Mr. Lourens Roets - Member of the Audit Committee.

The Audit Committee in the above-mentioned composition meets the requirements set out in the Act of 11.05.2017 on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Supervision.

Members of the Audit Committee who are qualified in the field of accounting and auditing the financial statements are Mr. Andrzej Kowal and Mr. Lourens Roets.
