The United Basalt Products Limited (MUSE:UBP.N0000) agreed to acquire remaining 51% stake in Pre-Mixed Concrete Limited from Cementia Holding AG Zurich and Associated International Cement Limited for approximately MUR 280 million on September 1, 2021. The Board of The United Basalt Products has approved the acquisition. The completion of the Transaction is subject to necessary regulatory approvals being obtained.

The United Basalt Products Limited (MUSE:UBP.N0000) completed the acquisition of remaining 51% stake in Pre-Mixed Concrete Limited from Cementia Holding AG Zurich and Associated International Cement Limited in November 2021.
