The PRS REIT, declared an interim quarterly dividend of 1.0 pence per ordinary share in respect of the second quarter (October- December) of its financial year ending 30 June 2024. Ninety per cent. (0.9 pence) of the dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID"), with the balance of 0.1 pence paid as an Ordinary Dividend.
The dividend will be payable on 8 March 2024, to shareholders on the register on 16 February 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 15 February 2024.
