CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT - NOTICE TO UNITHOLDERS

In terms of the Listing Requirements of the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE), companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on next will differ by more than 10% from the financial results reported for the previous corresponding period.

The FaR Property Company Limited ("FPC") is currently finalizing its financial results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2023 ("FY2023") and expects the FY 2023 financial results to be within the following ranges: -
