ANNOUNCEMENT OF LISTING OF NEW LINKED UNITS

Reference is made to the announcement made on 7 November 2022, in respect of the results of the offer of scrip in lieu of cash distribution made by the Company.

Unitholders are advised that the Botswana Stock Exchange Limited has approved the listing of 13,767,297 new linked units in the Company, for trading on the Botswana Stock Exchange, on and with effect from the 23 November 2022. And the number of issued linked units shall increase from 460,336,206 to 474,103,503.
