The Far Eastern University, Incorporated reported earnings results for the first quarter ended August 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 11.06 million compared to PHP 4.85 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 407.64 million compared to PHP 284.64 million a year ago. Net loss was PHP 40.35 million compared to PHP 148.8 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.68 compared to PHP 6.21 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.68 compared to PHP 6.21 a year ago.
Far Eastern University, Incorporated is a Philippines-based educational institution. It operates through three segments: FEU Main, Trimestral Schools, and Other Schools. It is comprised of seven institutes, which includes the Institute of Accounts, Business and Finance, Institute of Architecture and Fine Arts, Institute of Arts and Sciences, Institute of Education, Institute of Heath Sciences and Nursing, Institute of Law, and Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management. The Companyâs flagship programs include teacher education and business administration. It also offers senior high school programs in FEU High School, FEU Alabang, FEU Cavite, and FEU Diliman.
