The board of Trustees of Far Eastern University, Incorporated at its meeting held on 15 February 2022 declared a cash dividend of PHP 10.00 per share to all stockholders of record as of 2 March 2022, payable on 17 March 2022. The total cash dividend amounts to PHP 240,557,630.00. The books will be closed from 8 March 2022 to 17 March 2022.
Far Eastern University, Incorporated is a Philippines-based educational institution. It operates through three segments: FEU Main, Trimestral Schools, and Other Schools. It is comprised of seven institutes, which includes the Institute of Accounts, Business and Finance, Institute of Architecture and Fine Arts, Institute of Arts and Sciences, Institute of Education, Institute of Heath Sciences and Nursing, Institute of Law, and Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management. The Companyâs flagship programs include teacher education and business administration. It also offers senior high school programs in FEU High School, FEU Alabang, FEU Cavite, and FEU Diliman. It has also partnered with the Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) to establish the first private health science college in Brunei Darussalam, the JPMC College of Health Sciences.
