Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited agreed to acquire additional 10% stake in Saha Komehyo Company Limited from Thanulux Public Company Limited for THB 17 million.

Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited (SET:SPI) agreed to acquire additional 10% stake in Saha Komehyo Company Limited from Thanulux Public Company Limited (SET:TNL) for THB 17 million on February 24, 2023. Following the transaction, Saha Pathana will hold 31% stake in Saha Komehyo. The transaction is subject to approval of Board of Directors of Thanulux .
