APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Habib and Mr. Muhammad Tayyab Ahmad Tareen have re-appointed as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Thal Limited, respectively, as decided at the Board of Directors Meeting held on December 13, 2022 for a period of three years with effect from December 01, 2022 to November 30, 2025.

The Laminates division operates under the brand name Formite in the engineered surface industry offering technical laminates and laminated boards.
