Swiss ski lift operator Téléverbier announced on Friday evening that it had recorded a marked increase in sales for its 2021/2022 financial year.

In a press release, the group explained that it had benefited from favorable weather conditions and a winter season marked by the return of foreign customers after the Covid crisis.

As a result, sales for the period November 1, 2021 to October 31, 2022 totaled 66.1 million Swiss francs, up 18.6% on the previous year's figure of 47.5 million euros.

Expressed in euros, sales rose by 21.5% to 65.2 million.

As a reminder, the Group generates around 90% of its sales in the first half of the year, the second half being mainly devoted to maintenance work, investments and summer tourist operations.
