On a per-share basis, the The Woodlands, Texas-based company said it had profit of 29 cents.

The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 24 cents per share.

The company posted revenue of $126.2 million in the period, also surpassing Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $118 million.

For the year, the company reported profit of $164.6 million, or $1.56 per share. Revenue was reported as $563.6 million.

Target Hospitality expects full-year revenue in the range of $410 million to $425 million.
