4.Reason for the change:
Syn-Tech will accept the transfer of the synthesis department that
spinning-off from SCP, the board has set July 1, 2022 as the
transaction date and the issuance of new shares. The proposed profit
distribution is affected by the above-mentioned event, it is proposed
that the chairman be authorized to adjust cash dividend payout ratio
based on the number of actual shares outstanding on the record date
for distribution.
