Sunchang Corporation (KOSE:A002820) signed an agreement to acquire remaining 20% stake in Darin Co.,Ltd (XKON:A204690) from Kim, Jung Soo for KRW 7.9 billion on May 29, 2017. Sunchang will acquire 1.6 million shares at KRW 5000 per share. Sunchang will fund the consideration from own funds of KRW 1.9 billion and loans of KRW 6 billion.
