Studio Santa Claus Entertainment Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A204630) agreed to acquire an additional 5.7% minority stake in NexturnBioscience Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A089140) from pacing, Sohn Young-sook, Peng Mi-sun and Shin Ji-yoon for KRW 9.8 billion on June 21, 2021. Under the term, Studio Santa Claus Entertainment will acquire 0.68 million shares of NexturnBioscience at KRW 14,400 per share. The transaction was resolved by the board of directors of Studio Santa Claus Entertainment. The transaction is expected to close in June 21, 2021.
