Amlon Resources Group, LLC acquired Paragon Southwest Medical Waste, LLC from Strategic Environmental & Energy Resources, Inc. (OTCPK:SENR) and others on June 30, 2023. PSWM will now operate under the name, Amlon Medical Waste Baytown. The acquisition was a stock transaction whereby PSMW will own a portion of the equity of Amlon.

Strategic Environmental & Energy Resources, Inc. is a provider of clean technologies, waste management and related services. The Company provides technology solutions and services to companies in the oil and gas, refining, landfill, food, beverage & agriculture, and renewable fuel industries. Its subsidiaries include MV, LLC (MV), Paragon Waste Solutions, LLC (PWS) and PelleChar, LLC (PelleChar). MV designs and sells patented and/or proprietary, dry scrubber solutions for management of Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) in biogas, landfill gas, and petroleum processing operations. These system solutions are marketed under the product names H2SPlus and OdorFilter. MV also develops and designs technologies and systems used to condition biogas for use as renewable natural gas (RNG). PWS has developed a patented waste destruction technology using a pyrolytic heating process combined with non-thermal plasma assisted oxidation. PelleChar offers a soil amendment pellet containing the Biochar Now product.
