Stanislaw Bienkowski agreed to acquire the remaining 4.63% stake in Stelmet S.A. (WSE:STL) for PLN 12.3 million on July 10, 2020. Under the squeeze-out transaction, Stanislaw Bienkowski will acquire the shares of Stelmet S.A. at PLN 9.04 per share. The squeeze-out will run from July 29, 2020 to August 3, 2020.
