For the 37th fiscal period, company expects operating revenue to be JPY 3,548 million, operating income to be JPY 1,512 million and net income to be JPY 1,220 million, Distribution per unit to be JPY 4,319.

Starts Proceed Investment Corp is a Japan-based real estate investment trust (REIT) company. It aims to achieve sustainable growth in asset and stable earnings from mid- to long-term perspectives.
