Starflex Public Company Limited signed letter of intent to acquire 25% stake in Starprint Viet Nam Joint Stock Company from Suthep Taithongchai, Printhorn Apithanasriwong, Jirachanya Taithongchai, Pannipat Taithongchai, Supara Pacharaponkramtat, and others for VND 262.5 billion.

Starflex Public Company Limited (SET:SFLEX) signed letter of intent to acquire 25% stake in Starprint Viet Nam Joint Stock Company from Suthep Taithongchai, Printhorn Apithanasriwong, Jirachanya Taithongchai, Pannipat Taithongchai, Supara Pacharaponkramtat, and others for VND 262.5 billion on April 25, 2023. After the board of directors approved the transaction, the Starflex expects to enter into a share purchase agreement after obtaining approval from the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 19 June 2023, and expects the transaction to be completed by July 2023. The deal is subject to approval of by the government agency of Vietnam and due diligence.

As of December 31, 2022, Starprint reported revenue of VND 1.019 billion, total assets of VND 440.45 million and EBIT of VND 134.56 million. Advisory Alliance and Partners Co., Ltd. acted as independent financial advisor to Starflex Public Company.
