Freedom U.S. Markets, LLC acquired LD Micro, Inc. from SRAX, Inc. (NasdaqGM:SRAX) for $8.3 million on March 3, 2023. The total consideration of $8.3 million includes $4 million in cash and FRHC common stock valued at $4.3 million. Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP served as legal advisor to SRAX and LD Micro, Inc. Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLC served as counsel for Freedom.
Freedom Holding Corp. (NasdaqCM:FRHC) completed the acquisition of LD Micro, Inc. from SRAX, Inc. (NasdaqGM:SRAX) for $8.4 million on March 3, 2023. consideration, consisting of $4,000,000 in cash and 59,763 shares of the Freedom Holding Corp. common stock. The Merger was approved on March 2, 2023, by the Board of SRAX, Inc.
SRAX Inc. is a technology company, which is focused on enhancing communications between public companies and their shareholders and investors. The Company operates through a single segment, which consists of two distinct business units.
