Reference is made to the stock exchange notices of 22 November 2019, 12 November
2020, 9 December 2020 and 15 November 2021 regarding the right for participating
and qualifying investors to receive bonus equity capital certificates (the
"Bonus ECCs") in Sparebanken Vest after participating in the sale of equity
capital certificates ("ECCs") by Sparebankstiftelsen Sparebanken Vest (the
"Foundation") in 2019 (the "Offering").

The Foundation has today delivered the second and final round of Bonus ECCs to
qualifying investors. A total of 284,824 Bonus ECCs have been delivered to
qualifying ECCs owners with a total of 4,932 VPS accounts.

The Foundation has through this delivery of Bonus ECCs reduced its ownership in
Sparebanken Vest's ECCs with 0.27 per cent. The Foundation now owns 1,194,575
ECCs, corresponding to 1.11 per cent of the ECCs in Sparebanken Vest.
