Sopra Steria Group Approves Dividend for 2015, Payable on July 7, 2016; Appoints Jessica Scale as New Director

Sopra Steria approved the payment of a dividend of €1.70 per share in respect of 2015, with an ex-date of July 5, 2016, which will be payable as of July 7, 2016 at its General Meeting held on June 22, 2016.

The company also approved the appointment of Mrs. Jessica Scale as new director.
