According to the requirements of Art. 89r (1) of the POSA, Sopharma AD notifies all interested parties that the company has launched a capital increase procedure by exercising warrants, ISIN BG9200001212.
- The right to participate in the capital increase is entitled to all warrant holders registered with the central securities register not later than five (5) business days after the latter of the dates on which the announcement under Art. 89r (2) of the POSA was made on the website of the company, the information agency X3news.com, respectively the website of Sofia International Securities AD, the selected investment intermediary in charge of the capital increase.
