GIC Private Limited, a company controlled by the government of Singapore, has declared to the AMF that on April 5 it exceeded the threshold of 5% of Soitec's share capital, and held 5.04% of the share capital and 3.95% of the voting rights at that date.

This threshold crossing resulted from the acquisition of Soitec shares on the market. As of April 19, the declaring party held 1,951,143 shares, representing 5.46% of the capital and 4.28% of the voting rights of the semiconductor materials supplier.
