Alychlo NV completed the acquisition of an additional 39.9% stake in SnowWorld N.V. from J.H.M. Hendriks Beheermaatschappij B.V.

Alychlo NV signed an agreement to acquire an additional 39.9% stake in SnowWorld N.V. (ENXTAM:SNOW) from J.H.M. Hendriks Beheermaatschappij B.V. for €12 million on September 21, 2017. The transaction price amounts €9.5 per share. Post acquisition, Alychlo will hold 64% stake in SnowWorld N.V. Koos Hendriks will continue to be available to carry out the function of Chief Executive Officer, until March 1, 2018, and then as a consultant. The effective transfer of the shares will take place after consultation with SnowWorld home banker. Alychlo NV completed the acquisition of an additional 39.9% stake in SnowWorld N.V. (ENXTAM:SNOW) from J.H.M. Hendriks Beheermaatschappij B.V. on September 28, 2017. Following the acquisition, Alychlo will own 63.9% stake in SnowWorld. Alychlo NV will make a mandatory offer for remaining stake in SnowWorld N.V.
