Anton Zaitsev was appointed to the post of the Vice President for Downstream of OAO NGK Slavneft. Since May 2015, he has been the acting Vice President; Anton Zaitsev succeeded Vladimir Krylov, who had left the Company due to finding the new place of employment.


Anton Zaitsev is in charge of providing the operating activity of the Company's refining complex. In particular, he is responsible for development and implementation of operating facilities revamping and upgrading programs, output of commercial products, activity of the Marketing Subsidiaries, logistics of crude oil supplies, capital construction and environment protection actions.


Anton Vladimirovich Zaitsev was born in 1973. He graduated from the Yaroslavl State Technical University with a degree in the Chemical Technology of Organic Substances in 1995. From 1995 to 2008, Anton Zaitsev worked at Open JSC Yaroslavnefteorgsintez (later - OAO Slavneft-Yaroslavnefteorgsintez), where he promoted from the Catalytic Reformer Operator to the Project Manager of the Capital Construction Director's Service. From 2008 to 2011, he was the Deputy Technical Director of the Heavy Residues Advanced Processing Complex in TAIF-NK PSC. In 2011, Anton Zaitsev was appointed as the Director for Technologies at OJSC Saratov Refinery. From 2012 to 2013, he held the post of the Head of the Operations Directorate at Alliance Oil Company Ltd. In March 2013, Anton Zaitsev was appointed to be the Manager of the Refining and Petrochemical Department in OAO NGK Slavneft. In May 2015, he became the acting Vice President for Downstream.
Anton Zaitsev has the Letter of Acknowledgement granted by the RF Ministry of Energy.
