SkyWest : Named One of “America’s Best Employers” by Forbes

ST. GEORGE, UTAH, March 31, 2015 - SkyWest, Inc. (NASDAQ:SKYW), the holding company for SkyWest Airlines and ExpressJet Airlines, has been named one of "America's Best Employers" by Forbes.
SkyWest is the only regional airline company included on the 2015 list and is one of just six Utah-based businesses to be recognized.

SkyWest was a part of the Transportation and Logistics category of the list, which included a total of 25 different industries. SkyWest was previously named the Best Managed Transportation Company by Forbes in January 2006.
The 500 employers on the Forbes list were chosen based on an independent survey by Statista.com of 20,000 American employees working for large U.S. companies and institutions, and U.S. divisions of international firms.
SkyWest, Inc. is the holding company for SkyWest Airlines, Inc. (SkyWest Airlines) and SkyWest Leasing, Inc. (SkyWest Leasing), an aircraft leasing company. The Company operates through two segments: SkyWest Airlines and SWC, and SkyWest Leasing. SkyWest Airlines offers scheduled passenger service to destinations in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The Company's flights are operated as United Express, Delta Connection, American Eagle or Alaska Airlines flights under code-share agreements with United Airlines, Inc., Delta Air Lines, Inc., American Airlines, Inc. or Alaska Airlines, Inc., respectively. SkyWest Airlines has a fleet of approximately 500 aircraft. SkyWest Charter, LLC (SWC) offers on-demand charter service using CRJ200 aircraft in a 30-seat configuration. SkyWest Leasing is also engaged in leasing aircraft and engines to third parties.
