Silicius Real Estate, SL agreed to acquire Inmobiliaria Ibérica Madrid, SL on June 30, 2020. As part of the transaction Inmobiliaria will transfer en block of all its assets to the company Silicius Real Estate, SL. On September 8, 2020, partners of the Silicius Real Estate, SL, and Inmobiliaria Ibérica Madrid, SL, have unanimously agreed to the deal by means of an Extraordinary General Meeting duly called for this purpose. On August 7, by means of a Universal General Meeting, the merger by absorption through the dissolution without liquidation of the mercantile Inmobiliaria Ibérica Madrid, SL, and transfer en block of all its assets to the company Silicius Real Estate, SL, which is subrogated in all the rights and obligations received from it.
