Siamese Asset Public Company Limited (the "Company") issued new shares for capital increase by Initial Public Offering ("IPO") during 17-18 and 21 December 2020 for 150 million shares at the offering price at
5.50 Baht per share. In this regard, the Company received totaling net proceeds (after the deduction of underwriting fees and related expenses incurred from the offering) of 777.50 million Baht.
The Company, therefore, would like to report the use of proceeds from IPO as of June 30, 2022, as follows:
