The Shimane Bank,Ltd. announced a private placement to issue 6,000,000 class B preferred shares at an issue price of Ñ1,000 per share for gross proceeds of Ñ6,000,000,000 on November 11, 2022. The securities are issued through third part allotment method. The company is expected to close the transaction on December 28, 2022.
