Ain Holdings Inc. entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire SHiDAX i Corporation from Shidax Corporation for ¥1.5 billion.

Ain Holdings Inc. (TSE:9627) entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire SHiDAX i Corporation from Shidax Corporation (JASDAQ:4837) for ¥1.5 billion on February 27, 2020. Under the terms of the transaction, Ain Holdings will purchase 0.3569 million shares. The execution of the share purchase agreement is expected on March 31, 2020.

As on March 31, 2019, SHiDAX i Corporation had net assets of ¥637 million, Total assets of ¥1,548 million, sales of ¥13,264 million and net loss of ¥199 million.
