(TWSE:3437) and General Interface Solution Limited(Taiwan) agreed to acquire 9% stake in HUA YANG Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Liande Automation Equipment co.,ltd. (SZSE:300545) for CNY 5.45 million on April 25, 2022. As of April 25, 2022. board of directors of approved the transaction.
