CHANGE OF BOARD MEETING DATE

Reference is made to the announcement of Shengli Oil & Gas Pipe Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 17 March 2021 in respect of the proposed holding of a meeting of the board (the "Board") of directors of the Company on Saturday, 27 March 2021 for the following purposes, among other matters:

• 1. To consider and approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2020 (the "Annual Results");

• 2. To consider and approve the announcement of the Annual Results to be published in accordance with the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited;

• 3. To consider the recommendation on the payment of a final dividend, if any; and

• 4. To consider the convening of the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company.

The Board hereby announces that the meeting of the Board will be re-scheduled to Wednesday, 31 March 2021.
